Hi there I got a kenwood tk-760 for a reasonable price it works good but I want to program it with my own frequencys I got everything ready software old PC with 98 windows and all the hardware involved so The tk-760 does not want to communicate with the the PC I tried everything and anything then I got a different tk-760 so with this radio there is no problem so I searched for a way to program it manually I found that I have to bridge a switch so I did but it didn't work so I did the same to this other tk-760 so it works good well my question is are this kenwood tk-760 tranrecivers can be lock by hardware If so how to unlock it?
